Is a deposit required to book a session?
I require a non-refundable retainer fee for all photoshoots, along with a contract that must be signed before your session is booked. If your shoot is cancelled, the retainer can be used to reschedule your shoot. Rescheduled shoot must be booked within 7 days of cancellation.
The remaining balance for photoshoot is due by the end of your session.
Do you have a studio space available for photoshoots?
There are tons of great studio spaces that are available for photoshoots in the RDU area. When booking a studio session with Fitz Frames, I take care of booking your studio so you don' t have to search for a space. Be sure to select the session that includes a studio in order to ensure a space is booked.
An $150 studio rental fee will be added to your session when selected.
How many images will I get?
All sessions come with a pre-determined number of digital images listed on the 'Prices & Packages' page. Additional digital images can be purchased for $15 per digital image.
How are the images delivered once they are finished?
I utilize a website entitled 'Pixieset' to deliver an online shareable gallery to all clients.
Your final gallery will be available for 3 months after the delivery date. To gain access to images after 3 months, there will be a $20 access fee charged. Photos will NOT be available after 1 year from the date of your photoshoot.
Do you travel outside the RDU area?
I love traveling and working with clients outside the RDU and in other states as well. .
For all sessions outside the serviceable area, an additional fee of $30 per 60 miles will be added to account for travel.

What does "Professional Editing" mean?
My editing includes minor blemish removal on clothes and body, minor skin retouching, cropping image for artistic taste and color grading.
My editing style does NOT include alterations made to the body shape or skin complexion.
Will I be able to see all the images before editing starts?
Yes! Within 48 hours after your shoot, I will share a link with you that will have all the images that were taken during your photoshoot. You will be given a number of portraits, based on the package purchased, that you can select as your 'Favorites' to have edited.
Please be advised that RAW or UNEDITED images are not available for purchase in any package.
How long will it take for my final images to be delivered.
Once your favorites are chosen and I am notified, the editing process will begin. Portraits are delivered within 7-10 days unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon.
